GrowWings ("we") provides a software service that helps businesses manage their Google Business Profile, reviews, local rankings and social media. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone number, business name and password (stored hashed). If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email and profile photo.
• Connected account data: when you connect Google Business Profile, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn or X, we store access tokens (encrypted) and read the business profile information, reviews, posts and performance metrics needed to provide the service.
• Content you create: posts, replies, media you upload and messages to the AI assistant.
• Billing data: plan and payment status. Card/UPI details are processed by Razorpay; we never store them.
• Device data: push-notification token, app version and basic diagnostic logs.

How we use it

Only to provide and improve the service: syncing your profiles, generating AI drafts you approve, publishing content you schedule, sending notifications, billing and support. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Google user data

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to provide the features you request, is not used to train generalised AI models, and is not shared except with processors needed to run the service.

AI processing

Text such as review content may be sent to our AI provider to generate drafts and insights. Drafts are only published after your approval unless you enable auto-reply.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers acting for us (hosting, AI, payments, push notifications) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Security & retention

Data is encrypted in transit; tokens and keys are encrypted at rest. We keep data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your account, business data and connected-account tokens are deleted within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (e.g. invoices).

Your choices

You can disconnect any integration, edit your profile, or delete your account in the app (More → Settings → Delete account) or at /account/delete.

Children

The service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 18.
